For someone on the candidate side, it doubles as a low-pressure way to map the European cyber landscape, who's hiring, what stacks they live in, and which problems they care most about.

It was the kind of talk that takes the abstract "what should I study next?" question and turns it into a clearer set of choices, which certs map to which roles, what employers actually look at, and where to put energy when you're still building experience.
A big thank-you to ECSO, Road2Cyber, Women4Cyber, and Solvay Brussels School for putting together such a well-run event. Feeling inspired to keep learning, keep building, and to see where the next steps lead.
